Privacy & consent

We collect your name, email and (for paid tickets) payment details to issue and manage your ticket, and to contact you about this event. Verifying with Brunei ID is optional: if you choose it, your Brunei ID app shares the name and identity card (IC) number on your credential so we can confirm your identity and fill in your registration. We never receive your Brunei ID password, your IC number is never published, and you can register without verifying. Data is held by the Brunei Cybersecurity Association under the Brunei PDPA, retained only as long as needed for the event and our financial-record obligations, and never sold. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data at any time.

Refunds & cancellations

Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event start date, less any bank transfer fees.
Within 14 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee at no charge.
If BCSA cancels or materially reschedules an event, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date.
Refunds are processed offline to the originating bank account within 30 days of approval.
